1. HOW MUCH I NEED TO PAY FOR FUNBOX?

FunBox offers a variety of content to meet your entertainment needs.

As a FunBox member, you are charged monthly on the date you signed up

NOTE:

Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your subscription price.

You can easily cancel at any time.

 

2. HOW I AM GOING TO BE BILLED?

As a member, you are automatically charged every 28 days from the date you signed up. Your subscription is billed at the start of each 28-day billing cycle, and the charge may take several days to appear on your account.

Because billing occurs in 28-day intervals rather than monthly, your billing date will shift over time and may not fall on the same calendar day each month.

Your billing date may appear one day earlier or later due to time zone differences.

5. WHY CAN I SEE A HIGHER PRICE ON MY STATEMENT?

There are a few reasons you may be seeing a charge that is more than you expected.

Taxes - Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your subscription price.

Fees - In some countries, card companies may charge an extra fee for cross-border transactions. Some countries may change the currency to USD even though we charge in local currency.

7. HOW CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Our refund policy for digital content is as follows:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

We will review your request and, if approved, process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, unless there is a technical issue with the content that cannot be resolved.
